Use of Website
This website is provided by Casa's Tree Service for informational purposes about our tree care services. You may use this website to learn about our services, request a free quote, or contact us. Service Estimates
All estimates provided by Casa's Tree Service are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are typically valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during the actual work, such as hidden hazards, difficult access, or scope changes requested by the customer. We will always communicate any pricing changes before doing additional work.
Service Agreements
When you accept a quote and schedule service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and the work needed
- Grant our crew safe access to the work area on the scheduled date
- Disclose any known hazards on the property (underground utilities, wires, etc.)
- Pay the agreed-upon amount upon completion of the work
Liability & Insurance
Casa's Tree Service carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We take every precaution to perform tree work safely, but tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, hidden conditions not disclosed by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control such as weather emergencies during the job.
Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a small dispatch fee depending on the job. Emergency callouts are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, and logos — is owned by Casa's Tree Service or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
